Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to lead and manage system-based monitoring, data analysis, and reporting across operational departments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of internal systems, dashboards, and performance metrics. The role also includes providing remote technical support to staff and ensuring accurate and timely reporting across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of operational systems, data flows, and reporting dashboards
- Generate analytical reports
- Maintain documentation of system performance
- Provide remote support to staff on system usage
- Troubleshooting basic technical problems
Must Have
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in working with cloud-based platforms or ERP/CRM systems
- Previous remote support or helpdesk experience
